about

I believe in a radical vision of healing where individual and collective well being are tied, where the wisdoms of our diverse bodies are honored, and community care is prioritized. I believe that health must be understood in relation to larger systems of oppression and that healing is an integral part of our movements towards justice. And I believe that finding ways to live in right relationship to the land and to the sky will bring us home to ourselves and to each other.

I am an artist, writer, educator, gardener and medicine maker. I offer workshops on traditional kitchen skills, herbal remedies and wild edibles. I have led youth in educational farm activities at Pie Ranch, was the garden educator at the Growing Home Community Garden and a collective member of the Free Farm. I have also been certified as a greywater installer through Greywater Action and I co-founded Source Press, a collective dedicated to dispensing inspiration, information and resources outside of consumerism.
